The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the Service, You confirm that You meet this age requirement.
This Application is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any other government agency.
The Application, including its design, layout, graphics, text, and other original content (excluding test questions and materials derived from the Pennsylvania Driver’s Manual), is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any proprietary elements of the Application without prior written permission from the Company.
The Company does not claim ownership of the Pennsylvania Driver’s Manual or any official DMV test materials.
We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, You must stop using the Service, and We may restrict or disable further access.
The Application is intended as a study aid to help users prepare for the Pennsylvania DMV knowledge test. However, the Company makes no guarantees that using the Application will result in passing the official test or obtaining a driver’s license.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the test questions in the Application. Official test content may be updated by the Pennsylvania DMV, and We do not guarantee that all changes will be reflected in the Application immediately. The test content is based on publicly available materials from the Pennsylvania Driver’s Manual; however, official DMV test questions, formats, and requirements may change at any time without notice. The Company is not obligated to update the Application accordingly. Users are responsible for verifying the latest requirements and test questions directly with the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pennsylvania DMV or any other government agency. The use of the Application is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Test Questions and Reference Materials
The test questions in this Application are sourced from publicly available materials in the Pennsylvania Driver’s Manual, which is provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The official Pennsylvania Driver’s Manual is available on the Pennsylvania Driver and Vehicle Services page. However, the wording, structure, or translations of certain questions may differ from the original materials. These modifications are made to improve clarity, correct translation errors, or adjust formatting. While based on official study materials, the exact wording and format of the official DMV test may still vary.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
The Application displays advertisements provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob. We do not control the content of these ads. For more details, please refer to our Disclaimer and Privacy Notice.
We strongly encourage You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites You visit.
By submitting any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information regarding the Application (“Feedback”), you acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is provided voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation, recognition, or ownership rights.
You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and incorporate such Feedback into the Application or any other products or services, without any further obligation to you.
The Company is not obligated to review, implement, or act upon any Feedback received.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by You through the Service, if any. This shall be Your exclusive remedy for all claims related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or any other damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service. This also includes any issues caused by third-party software or hardware used with the Service or any claims otherwise related to these Terms.
Even if the Company or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose, liability shall remain limited as stated above.
The Application uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network. We do not control the content of ads displayed through AdMob and are not responsible for their accuracy or compliance with legal standards. Advertisements displayed in the Application may be personalized based on user data. Users can manage their ad preferences via Google Ad Settings.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, their respective licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, and services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company’s providers make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components. The Company is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided in the Application.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
If You have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, You agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve them informally by contacting the Company. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of first using the Service by providing written notice to the Company. If You do, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it shall be modified or interpreted to achieve its intended purpose to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published in the Application. By continuing to use the Service after an update, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You disagree with the changes, You should stop using the Service and uninstall the Application. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
