Do you provide a demo?
How long does it take?
Setup begins once we receive your school’s logo, colors, and information. We prepare the app for publishing, and final timing depends on App Store and Google Play review processes.
Can we publish under our own developer accounts?
Yes. We can publish from our account or assist you in publishing under yours. Apple and Google program fees are paid directly by your school.
Who owns the app?
You own your school’s branding and materials you provide (e.g., name, logo, contact details, course descriptions, and pricing). The underlying platform, app code, and test content remain our property and are licensed to you as a service.
What does the annual fee cover?
It covers hosting, server maintenance, and ongoing content updates. New features or significant changes are quoted separately.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time before the next annual period.
Our developer accounts: hosting and updates stop, and the app may be removed from the stores.
Your developer accounts: the app stays live, but hosting, updates, and support stop. Features that rely on our server may no longer work.
